Who writes HostBachat, and why the referral code has "Ashish" baked into it.
What I do here
HostBachat started after using Hostinger's own referral program to save on hosting for a personal project, and realizing the discount link was worth sharing properly rather than just texting it to friends. Everything on this site — the plan comparisons, the "vs" posts, the cost breakdowns — comes from actually setting up, migrating, and running WordPress sites on Indian hosting, not from copying spec sheets.
How I write the comparisons
Where a claim can be verified at checkout (renewal price, what's bundled, data center location), I check it there rather than quoting old marketing pages. Where I'm not confident a number is current — exact ₹ pricing changes constantly — I say so explicitly rather than publishing a specific figure that might be wrong by the time you read it. That's a deliberate tradeoff: less flashy than round numbers, more accurate.
The disclosure, plainly
Every link to Hostinger on this site is the same referral link, and a purchase through it earns HostBachat a commission at no extra cost to you. Full details on the about page.
